SUBCONTRACTED MECHANICAL MACHINING

Turning and milling are mechanical processes performed on metal and/or plastic parts that allow cold shavings removal of superfluous material in order to obtain the desired shape and dimensions of the finished workpiece. Depending on the characteristics of the material to be processed, NORAMEC skilled workers use different types of CNC Lathes and CNC Work Centres.

Our machine park, to date, consists of 19 CNC mechanical processing plants divided into No. 9 CNC Lathes and No. 10 CNC Work Centres.

All our systems are connected to the ESPRIT CAD CAM system through the company's intranet and are supervised by qualified personnel in charge of both production and product control, in order to guarantee maximum quality and compliance with the quality standards required by the customer.
