The quality policy choices of the company are attested by the quality system certification pursuant to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

Noramec believes that Quality is not the end result, but rather a means to add value to the company in terms of customer satisfaction and a tool to guide its development and growth.

The trend towards quality is very much Customer-oriented: this translates into trying to understand their needs, meet their requirements and guarantee the highest quality product and service.

To achieve the above mentioned, all processes and plants are constantly monitored and supervised, together with the competence of qualified technical personnel, we can also rely on a wide range of measuring instruments such as:

Technical Department

All drawings received are analysed and checked by the technical department. Within the department we have professional staff who are able to take care of all the production engineering phases internally. The processing cycle is carried out with the aid of new generation CAD-CAM stations.

The technical team also handles the study and development of non-standard equipment and tools.

Metrology Lab

On our premises we have an air-conditioned metrology room at a constant temperature with advanced certified and automatic equipment for the quality control of the products.

ISO Certifications

All company internal processes are regulated according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard system certified by Bureau Veritas.

We are ISO 9001-2015 certified for quality and consequently we are able to supply both the national and international market. Since 1970 we have been located in Boltiere (BG) and currently we have two production sites, with a surface area of about 2000 m².

Quality Policy

NORAMEC s.r.l. undertakes to pursue a quality policy that places the customer and staff involvement at the center of its activities in order to pursue the primary objectives of continuous improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction. NORAMEC's strategy and main objective is to always aim for a higher quality level, and to be able to meet the requirements of the national and international reference market in the precision mechanics sector and in the construction of brazed tools.

The Company believes that it is of fundamental importance to have an organizational system that allows for the harmonization and control of its processes and the collection of information derived from them. Therefore, it has implemented and constantly updates a quality management system according to the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Corporate strategic planning takes place according to the "Risk Based-Thinking" concept, which allows you to control your risks and make the most of opportunities.
